JPL is pleased to be named to the Best Places to Work in PA list for the 21st year in a row, making the marketing, communications and digital agency one of only two companies to achieve this accomplishment. The company was ranked #22 on the list of medium size companies.
“It’s always great to earn this recognition and we never take it for granted,” said JPL President Luke Kempski. “There has been a ton of change in our business and with how people want to work. Through it all, our team has adapted and making this list shows that they feel positive about the evolution of JPL,” he added.
JPL uses the Best Places employee survey results to continue to improve the culture and work environment for its team members and recruit the top talent needed to be a leading integrated marketing and communications agency.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part evaluation process to determine the Best Places to Work in PA. The first part, worth 25%, consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, which was worth 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
