A cornerstone of this annual event is the Impact Awards, where we honor team members whose exceptional contributions in creativity, culture and client success have risen the bar on what it means to be a JPLer.

Jen Munsch, Senior Account Manager
Jen’s dedication and thoughtful leadership create a foundation of trust with JPL’s clients. She has the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication. With such a diverse set of clients, things can shift on a dime, whether it’s a paid media campaign or event work. But Jen handles it all with grace. Her creative problem-solving and attention to detail ensure that even the most complex projects are executed flawlessly. Erica Snyder, Motion Graphics Designer
Erica’s enthusiasm, willingness to go above and beyond, and infectious energy make her a standout member of the JPL team. Her collaboration on recent videos highlights the ease with which she jumps in to help, as well as the commitment to excellence that inspires those around her. Erica is always looking for opportunities to elevate her work and encourage teamwork. Her ability to adapt and innovate ensures that every project reflects the high standards of the JPL brand. And her tradition of brewing creative teas has become a delightful part of JPL’s day-to-day culture, brightening everyone’s mood. Erica’s combination of creativity and personal warmth truly sets her apart. In fact, Erica received nominations in almost every category in this year’s Impact Awards—a rare feat.

Frank Delaney, Associate Creative Director, Performance Marketing
Talk about thinking differently! Frank’s ability to innovate and transform projects has positioned JPL as a leader in performance marketing and higher education. His signature methods to work outside the box undeniably inspire his team and push boundaries for what’s possible. His leadership drives innovation, and everyone who works with him knows they’re in for a ride. As one nomination read, “Whenever we work together, I know Frank’s going to bring big, fresh ideas to the table. He can’t help it.” He consistently pushes others to think differently and find creative solutions for our clients, even with limited resources. Frank’s work regularly resets our benchmarks for creativity and impact, even drawing attention from industry leaders at national conferences.

Meagan Blasdell, Video Project Manager
Meagan’s meticulous organization and proactive problem-solving keep productions on track, ensuring excellence in every detail. Her leadership on projects from social programs to photo shoots showcases her ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver outstanding results in each. Meagan has also been instrumental in optimizing production schedules for large-scale campaigns, reducing downtime and improving efficiency. Her calm demeanor under pressure and her ability to anticipate challenges set her apart as the model for reliability. Beyond her logistical expertise, Meagan fosters a collaborative atmosphere that motivates each person she works with. Her dedication to ensuring success behind the scenes enables the rest of us to thrive.
Suri Sahay, Interactive Developer
Suri’s keen attention to detail and problem-solving talents ensure seamless project execution. She consistently puts in the right amount time and skill outside of the client’s view—but that doesn’t mean it’s unrecognized. Her work has made a big difference in some of JPL’s more evolved digital projects—like in the end-to-end lead solution websites—where her diligence has brought a valuable product to life for clients. Suri has also been instrumental in developing user-friendly tools for clients, improving engagement and keeping clients coming back. Her ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams ensures efficiency and quality at every stage of a project. Suri’s knack for finding areas for improvement and suggesting a better way helps us all. She picks up on things that can be an issue, she raises that concern quickly, explains it simply, and works to get it resolved. Suri’s work behind the scenes ensure that we make great work as a team.
Rookie of the Year Award
Recognizing a new team member, hired since July 1, 2022, who made an immediate impact and contribution in their role.
Cole Cuomo, Support Analyst, IT
Cole demonstrated dedication, creativity, and impact, setting a high bar for what it means to be a newcomer. From resolving critical issues to helping roll out new technology systems, Cole earned the trust of colleagues by being responsive and flexible. He has been commended for patience, efficiency, a willingness to help and a positive attitude. As one team member put it, “Cole is the first person I turn to when I have an issue, and that says a lot for someone who’s just joined the team.” Whether it’s troubleshooting under tight deadlines or offering support across teams, Cole has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure the success of JPL’s operations.
Platypus of the Year Award
The Platypus Award celebrates innovation and creativity at JPL. We recognize different teams and projects throughout the year with monthly Platypus Awards at our staff meetings. We then vote live at the Impact Awards to select the Platypus of the Year.
Jeff Haskett, Manager, Event Production, and Trell Frey, Art Director, Experience Design, for event micro-experiences
The test of a memorable event is what attendees remember about their experience. Which is exactly what Jeff and Trell aced in creating immersive micro-engagements for a multinational food manufacturing company’s global leadership event.
More than 160 company leaders were invited into dynamic, hands-on interactions with branded mini-experiences crafted around the interests and preferences of the event’s diverse audiences. From interactive tasting stations featuring product flavors to digital displays, interactive gaming, and full scenes, every detail was designed to deepen attendees’ connection to the brands. Their work exemplified courage in their willingness to take a creative risk, and creativity in crafting moments that captured attention and resonated long after the event. Jeff and Trell’s Platypus win recognizes their bold vision in redefining audience interactions through unique, memorable engagements for our client.
