JPL, a marketing, communications and digitally-specialized agency, is pleased to be named to the Best Places to Work in PA list for the 20th year in a row, making it one of only three companies in Pennsylvania to achieve this accomplishment. JPL placed 23rd in the mid-sized business category which was announced at a virtual event held by Central Penn Business Journal.

JPL uses the Best Places employee survey results to continue to improve the culture and work environment for its team members and recruit the top talent needed to be a leading integrated marketing and communications agency.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. The 2021 Best Places to Work in PA list is made up of 100 companies.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in PA. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
