JPL is pleased to be named to the Best Places to Work in PA list for the 22nd year in a row.
“Navigating the economic and social environments has been challenging for all employers in recent years,” said JPL President Luke Kempski. “This makes earning a spot on the Best Places to Work in PA list even more worth celebrating this year,” he added.
JPL uses the Best Places employee survey results to continue to improve the culture and work environment for its team members and recruit the top talent needed to be a leading integrated marketing and communications agency.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part evaluation process to determine the Best Places to Work in PA. The first part, worth 25%, consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, which was worth 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking, which will be announced at an event in early December.
