Companies across Pennsylvania undergo a rigorous two-part evaluation process to determine their placement on the Best Places to Work list. The first part, accounting for 25% of the score, assesses workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part, making up 75%, is based on an employee survey that evaluates the overall employee experience. The final rankings will be revealed at an event in December.
