Kelly Seipe and Ryan Pudloski Promoted to Chief Growth Officer and Chief Technology Officer
JPL is proud to announce the promotion of Kelly Seipe to Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and Ryan Pudloski to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As part of this transition, Seipe and Pudloski have also joined JPL’s ownership team alongside long-term President and CEO, Luke Kempski. Their expanded leadership roles are designed to ensure continued innovation and growth for JPL clients, employees and partners.
As CGO, Seipe will oversee JPL’s overall growth strategy, driving marketing, new business development and client relationship expansion across both JPL and its higher education enrollment marketing division, Paskill. Acquired in 2017, Paskill combines consulting, creative marketing, advertising and interactive technology to help colleges and universities enhance enrollment. A Penn State University graduate, Seipe brought valuable experience from her previous agency and corporate communications roles when she joined JPL as a senior account manager a decade ago. Since then, she has taken on leadership roles such as director of account services and head of strategic growth, preparing her to lead JPL’s continued evolution and success.
In his new role as CTO, Pudloski will lead JPL’s technology strategy, with a focus on advancing client solutions that integrate creative, technology, media and analytics. Since joining JPL 18 years ago as a web developer, he has effectively served in technology leadership roles, contributing significantly to the agency’s growth in interactive, digital and AI capabilities. A James Madison University graduate, Pudloski is leading JPL into a future of enhanced data-driven and AI-powered client solutions.
