JPL is led by a collaborative executive team bringing together strategic vision, growth expertise and technological innovation. The agency’s ownership—President and CEO Luke Kempski, Chief Growth Officer Kelly Seipe and Chief Technology Officer Ryan Pudloski—works alongside our Cohesive Leadership Team (CLT). Together, they ensure JPL continues to deliver exceptional results for clients, create opportunities for our talented team and build strong industry partnerships.

Luke Kempski

Luke leads JPL’s evolution as a top integrated marketing agency and has served as president since 2004. He joined the agency in 1989 as a video producer, later pioneering its interactive capabilities. The Wilmington University and Penn State graduate also serves as CEO of d’Vinci Interactive, a learning solutions agency, and is an active member of the High Center and the 4As. Outside of work, he’s chasing the next race—running courses of all lengths in unique locations across the country.

Kelly Seipe

Kelly leads JPL’s growth strategy across the agency and its Paskill division for higher education enrollment marketing. The Penn State graduate joined JPL as senior account manager in 2015, bringing extensive agency and corporate experience. She’s advanced through strategic roles, positioning her to drive JPL’s continued evolution. In her free time, Kelly’s often chasing the sun at the beach with her dog Dakota—and rarely misses a good true crime podcast.

Ryan Pudloski

Ryan Pudloski

Ryan leads JPL’s technology offering, advancing creative, technology, media and analytics solutions. Since joining JPL in 2007 as a web developer, he has served in multiple technology leadership roles. The James Madison University graduate significantly expanded interactive, digital and AI capabilities while championing data-driven client solutions. Having lived in Virginia, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, Ryan knows his way around three commonwealths—with a possible Kentucky visit still on the list.

Bill Kobel

Bill Kobel

Bill leads JPL’s integrated offering across creative, strategy, brand, marketing communications, search, UX, paid media, analytics and account management. Since 2006, he’s played a central role in JPL’s evolution from a production company to a full-service agency. He helped launch a robust strategists group, expand paid media and analytics and diversify the creative function to support significant growth. A Central Penn College graduate, Bill was the first alum to serve on the school’s board, where he spent nine years. In his down time, Bill’s likely road-tripping with his family or talking cars (especially BMWs).

Mary Pederson

Mary Pedersen

With JPL since 2008, Mary oversees JPL’s creative work from initial insights to final execution. With two decades of experience in creative strategy and direction, she leads a team delivering innovative integrated, omni-channel campaigns for diverse clients. She also inspires next generation designers by teaching at regional universities. A Kutztown University graduate, Mary splits her time between Pennsylvania and Maine, preserving historic homes, advocating for forest and garden restoration, and hiking whenever possible.

Jim Paskill

Jim Paskill

Jim leads JPL’s higher ed division, Paskill, bringing 38 years of experience to every client. The Temple University graduate understands all aspects of enrollment marketing from admissions communications to analytics. A respected national presenter, he helps colleges and universities develop memorable brands and enrollment strategies that attract new students. Off the clock, Jim is most often on the golf course—or spending time with his new grandson, who may one day learn to putt at his side.

Paul Grosso

Paul Grosso

Paul leads JPL’s operations team, including information technology and resource management. In this diverse role, Paul manages capital budgets, enterprise technology platforms and corporate security initiatives. His leadership helps advance JPL’s efficiency, productivity and profitability across all business areas. In his downtime, Paul recharges with guitar in hand, a DIY furniture project underway or a new TV series queued up.

Meredith McCann, SHRM-SCP Director, HR & Talent Experience

Meredith McCann, SHRM-SCP

Meredith leads HR for JPL and its subsidiary, d’Vinci Interactive. An Eastern University graduate, she oversees talent acquisition, benefits administration and employee relations. Focused on engagement and development, Meredith implements strategies to ensure compliance and enhance the employee experience. She’s also an avid traveler with a soft spot for white sandy beaches, and she never misses an episode of Dateline or her favorite true crime podcasts.

Jillian Barrick

Jillian Barrick

Jillian leads the agency’s financial operations. The Ashford University graduate provides financial consultation to the executive team while managing reporting, analysis and cash forecasting. She serves as the agency’s liaison to banks, insurance companies and CPA firms while ensuring compliance in all financial matters with due diligence. Outside the office, Jillian enjoys mystery novels, fishing on the bay, DIY projects and deep dives into true crime stories.
