The Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning tackled a key challenge: connecting busy families with six essential educational support programs that many parents were unaware existed. Working with PA Key and the Berks County Intermediate Unit, JPL created a video series that translates complex information into engaging visual narratives while maintaining consistency across all programs, eliminating the need for parents to search through multiple websites for critical resources.

The video series featured attention-grabbing designs with a cohesive yet distinctive art style that created visual unity without repetition. Available in both English and Spanish, each video concisely explains program benefits and next steps for participation. This multilingual approach ensures diverse Pennsylvania families can quickly understand program value without navigating multiple websites or reading extensive documentation.
