New Holland Agriculture’s dealer network drives its global success. To energize these vital partnerships, they host multi-week National Training Events that combine product education with brand immersion. For 2023, they needed to transform Texas Motor Speedway into a dynamic learning hub.

Working closely with New Holland, we crafted a “Full Throttle” theme that matched their all-in commitment to dealer success. Our strategy focused on what dealers would think walking in, feel while there and do differently after they left—creating momentum at every step.

We transformed Texas Motor Speedway into an immersive learning environment, combining high-energy presentations with hands-on equipment exploration. Interactive breakout sessions and custom training materials kept dealers engaged, while evening networking events strengthened vital business relationships.
