JPL earned a prestigious Gold award in the Fifth Annual Healthcare Digital Marketing Awards (HDMAwards) for the redesign of primaryimmune.org, created in partnership with the Immune Deficiency Foundation. This recognition places JPL among the top healthcare marketing innovators nationwide.
The HDMAwards program celebrates excellence in healthcare and medical marketing, drawing entries from healthcare and medical institutions across the country.
“The primaryimmune.org website redesign exemplifies our commitment to creating digital experiences that positively impact healthcare communications,” said JPL President Luke Kempski. “We’re honored to be recognized alongside the Immune Deficiency Foundation for work that helps connect patients with vital healthcare resources.”
Entries were evaluated by a distinguished panel of healthcare marketers, creative directors and marketing professionals who meticulously reviewed submissions to identify the industry’s finest work. The awards recognize excellence across various digital channels, including websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media and social media.
As part of the redesign project, JPL led usability testing and ethnographic interviews, infused more empathy into their messaging and created a more intuitive user experience to make it easier for people in need to find critical resources.
This recognition reinforces JPL’s position as a leader in healthcare digital marketing and demonstrates the agency’s ability to create innovative, effective solutions for healthcare organizations.
